Facing with the complicated global situation, many countries change economic policies at any time. The uncertainty of will increase, and risk increase accordingly. trade share between China ASEAN was largest in recent years, which showed closeness importance cooperation ASEAN. macro-economy policies, regional ASEAN, affect interests both parties. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze impact China's policy on export By using index measured by Baker et al (2016)[1] 2003-2020, makes an empirical analysis volume results show that, has a negative better safeguard methods such as joining integration organization, optimizing industry structure, enhancing innovation ability, improving institutional environment should be adopted reduce losses caused risks policies.
